How do I know which size to order in sneakers?

Most of our silhouettes fit true to size, but the New Balance 550 runs narrow — we recommend sizing up half. Dunks and Air Max 90s are true to your Nike size. When in doubt, email us your usual size in two other brands and we'll match it.

What's your return window?
